This laptop was purchased to replace a 5-year-old Gateway M350WVN. I had a little problem with the delivery person for UPS, which was a substitute, dropping off the laptop at a neighbor’s house. However, nothing is wrong with this great Gateway. With the Windows 7 Home Premium operating system, 4gb of ram, and an excellent dual-core processor, this laptop has enough power for me, a college student. This is a great value for money, helped further by Amazon Prime’s free two-day shipping, which actually got the laptop here in one day. 5 stars for a great laptop and delivery time by Amazon.
